Parker has a New Friend
The last time Parker was up for a visit (which was 2 weekends ago), he found himself a new buddy in our neighbor's dog. They ran around & played together all afternoon.
These guys got along so well!
They played in areas that dogs play in, so Parker had to get a bath.
Here he is clean & fresh again!
Still Finding Christmas!
One thing you come to realize when you buy a real Christmas tree for Christmas. It's that you WILL be finding needles for the rest of the year whether its in the carpet or in the corner or behind the couch. It's amazing how these little things can travel all over the house.
The most recent place I found a needle was on a plaque in my kitchen. This is evidence that you can have Christmas all year long!

Internet Happy!
I took this video of my men, each on a devise that
would access the internet from their unit.

I have been tagged by both my niece, Jordan, & my sister, Jacque, from their blogs.
You are supposed to find your 6th photo folder on your computer & pull the 6th picture from that folder & post it telling what it is about.
In My Pictures, I have folders & sub-folders. So my 6th folder in entitled "2008". So then inside that folder were more folders & sub-folders. So the 6th one in "2008" is the folder "2008, May". And inside of that was the folder "Spring Continued". With Spring comes outdoor sports like football. This is a picture of Dan catching a football while the kids play at youth group Thursday nights at church. I'm sorry that its a bit blurry!
With all of us anxiously awaiting spring, I can't just post that picture without adding some spring pictures from that folder along with it.

Live near to Jesus, Christian, and it is matter of secondary importance whether thou livest on the mountain of honour or in the valley of humiliation. Living near to Jesus, thou art covered with the wings of God, and underneath thee are the everlasting arms. Let nothing keep thee from that hallowed intercourse, which is the choice privilege of a soul wedded to THE WELL-BELOVED. Be not content with an interview now and then, but seek always to retain His company, for only in His presence hast thou either comfort or safety. Prayer Request
Please keep my niece's baby girl in your prayers. She was taken to the hospital Saturday because she was dehydrated from throwing up so much. This is Monday night & she's still there, she can't keep anything down. She only just turned 2. Thank you so much!
