Wholly Yours by David Crowder band

I am full of earth
You are heaven’s w
orth
I am stained with dirt,
prone to depravity

You are everything
that is bright and clean

The antonym of me

You are divinity

But a certain sign of grace is this

From a broken earth flowers
come up
Pushing through the dirt

You are holy, holy, holy

All heaven cries “Holy, holy God”

You are holy, holy, holy

I wanna be holy like You are

You are everything that is bright and clean
And You’re covering me with Your majesty

And the truest sign of grace was this

From wounded hands redemption fell down

Liberating man

You are holy, holy, holy

All heaven cries “Holy, holy God”

You are holy, holy, holy

I want to be holy like You are

But the harder I try the more clearly can I feel
The depth of our fall and the weight of it all

And so this might could be the most impossible thing

Your grandness in me making me clean

Glory, hallelujah

Glory, glory, hallelujah
You are holy, holy, holy
All heaven cries “Holy, holy God”
You are holy, holy, holy

I want to be holy, holy God

So here I am, all of me
Finally everything

Wholly, wholly, wholly

I am wholly, wholly, wholly
I am wholly, wholly, wholly Yours

I am wholly Yours

I am full of earth and dirt and You

Here
I am...

everything

Look what's popped out !

Yesterday I noticed that my tulips next to the garage opened with the myrtle in bloom as well. The cherry tree in the back yard also bloomed with violets all around its base.
There was a beautiful tree all in bloom at a shop in Speers.
Then over the weekend the neighbor's redbud tree came alive with color. Then this afternoon deer decided to come out of the woods & pay us a visit. There were 6 in all with twin fawns.
I love spring!

Belated Easter Celebrations

We had to postpone our Easter with family because of a medical emergency. So today was our celebration at Grandma Kregenow's house. The weather was beautiful & the flowers were gorgeous! ...more fitting for Easter. It was nice that David & Parker could join us too. Parker enjoyed running around in a fenced-in yard. Here are some pictures:Everyone inside enjoyed watching...

the boys running
around with the dog.

Ah oh, discipline time.

The beautiful Easter table!

The food was so good! Everyone brought something for the meal. Then came dessert, coffee, & discussions!
Katie enjoying after dinner relaxation
pouring over Sarah & John's wedding pictures. The boys enjoyed playing with Andrew.
Here they are watching Dan draw.
Dave had to leave early to head home to Virginia.
Scott saying goodbye to Parker. It was good to get together with family again!

First Pick of the Garden

Today we worked in the yard. It was our 1st day of mowing. Because the mowers & the tractor sat all winter, they needed a little maintenance. So a job that would usually take an hour or so took twice as long. But that's what comes with the beginning of a season. We already have our lettuce, spinach, & onions planted & are seeing the 1st signs of growth. I work all afternoon weeding the asparagus bed (I kept getting interrupted) & was able to cut a small handful! Soon we will be able to have our own fresh garden salad with rhubarb pie for dessert!

A Visit to see baby Ava

Lindsay, Ryan, & the baby were coming to the Day house for a visit today, so Janet asked if we wanted to see the baby. I said of course & I will be sporting my camera! When we pulled into the drive, their weeping cherry tree was in full bloom. As I came to find out, Lindsay had picked out & helped plant that tree.As we entered the house we were greeted with coffee, food, & wonderful pictures of Ava. I had to wait my turn to hold her. But while waiting I went crazy with my camera. So here are just a few of the pictures:
Doesn't she look like Ryan?!
Mom & DadBaby Ava sound asleep
Nap time's over. I love it when they stretch!
Sorry for the blurry smile. We had a nice visit with everyone, catching up on news.

Video clips of Ava

These are the short video clips of Ava that I took while visiting her. Enjoy!

Psalms 5:7 & 12

But I, by Your great mercy,
will come into Your house;

in reverence will I bow down

toward Your holy temple.

For surely, O Lord,
You bless the righteous;

You surround them with
Your favor as with a shield.

Spring is here!

There is signs of spring everywhere, finally!
It has been in the 60s this week which brought out the beautiful flowers.

My daffodils are in full bloom & my hyacinths have just bloomed, which is nice since the Easter blossoms are gone.

I look forward to the forsythia, because

when you see the forsythia pop,
you know the others will soon follow. . .

like my lilac. As long as we don't have a freeze,
they will be full this year.

Our first crop of spring has finally peeked above the earth! Rhubarb pie sounds wonderful right about now!

This is my favorite time of the year!
